These terms apply to use of the 1PointBiz website. Any paid engagement is subject to a separate written proposal or service agreement that confirms the scope, responsibilities and fees.

Content on this website is general information about potential bookkeeping and business support services. It is not accounting, tax, financial or legal advice.

Service enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that a service will be available. Scope, timing, responsibilities and fees must be agreed separately before work begins.

Starter plan

The advertised $99 monthly Starter plan is intended for businesses within the stated scope, including one business bank account and up to 50 transactions per month. Accounting software, payroll, historical clean-up, BAS and tax services are excluded unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise.

Regulated services

Nothing on this website represents that 1PointBiz is a registered BAS agent, tax agent, CPA, CA, software partner or certified adviser. BAS and tax work must only be performed or arranged in accordance with applicable Australian authorisation requirements.

Intellectual property

Website content and branding may not be copied or reused except as permitted by law or with written permission.
